The Rich Group is a privately owned property investment and development company with a history dating back to the 1960s, when it was founded by Ivor Rich with a focus on industrial property in the south east of England. In the 1990s, the company was taken over by Peter Rich, who shifted the focus towards residential and commercial property in West London. Today, The Rich Group has a significant portfolio in the Cotswolds, Budapest, and has recently expanded into house building projects in Devon.

Over the past 30 years, The Rich Group has grown to encompass several operating companies with a portfolio valued at over £100m. The company has a long-standing commitment to acquiring, developing, and managing properties with a focus on quality and longevity, as evidenced by its revitalization of historic buildings and shaping of the property landscape in areas such as Holland Park, Notting Hill, Cirencester, and Seaton.

Under the leadership of its Managing Director, Edward Rich, The Rich Group continues to seek new opportunities for growth and development, with a focus on responsible and sustainable investments. The company's extensive experience in acquisitions, development, and asset management, combined with a deep understanding of the property market, has established The Rich Group as a trusted player in the industry.
